有機的かつ洗練された最先端の「日本酒」と、芸術性と機能性を兼ね備えた酒器「酒碗」をプロデュース・販売するギャラリー〈天酒堂〉の酒碗を収納・携帯するための専用ケースです。
茶器を持ち歩く「仕覆」から着想を得たデザインを取り入れつつ、ケースは酒碗を安全に収納するための二重構造を採用。表生地には、西村織物が本製品のためにオリジナルで製作した佐賀錦を使用しています。包み込むように酒碗を収める設計で、内側にはクッション性のある素材を用い、大切な酒碗をしっかりと保護します。
口元にはダイヤルロックを採用し、簡単かつスムーズに着脱が可能。持ち運びの安全性と使いやすさを両立したケースです。
Sakawan Case
This case is designed for storing and carrying Sakawan, sake cups produced and sold by Tenshudo, a gallery that curates cutting-edge Japanese sake with an organic, refined sensibility alongside sake vessels that combine high artistic value with practical functionality.
While incorporating design inspiration from shifuku—traditional cloth pouches used for carrying tea utensils—the case itself features a double-layer structure engineered specifically to protect a sakawan. The outer fabric is made of original Saga Nishiki brocade, custom-produced for this product by Nishimura Orimono. The cup is gently enveloped within the case, and a cushioned interior material securely protects it from impact.
The opening is fitted with a dial lock, allowing for easy attachment and removal while ensuring both safety and ease of use during transport.
